Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used makeup and cosmetic products may not be eligible for return.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We may also request photos of the product or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at lumear67@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products may not be accepted for return. Sale or promotional items may also have different return conditions.
